MEL project is to strengthen and support the collaborative action
learning though data collection and supervision at Farmers’ Field School
(FFS) and non FFS sites and contribute towards Monitoring Evaluation and
Learning (MEL) studies in Vietnam.
1) Understanding the pattern of change among difference groups of
farmers due to direct and indirect effects of Farmers’ Participatory
Action Research (FPAR);
2) Analyzing the patterns of change geographically and by social groups
