The Faculty of Engineering is the only place that offers training in agriculture mechanical engineering. However, for many years, due to old and outdated equipment from the Soviet Union’s funding, students weren’t able to improve their creativity or meet their practical needs.
\r\n
Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Tat Canh, Vice President of VNUA, on behalf of the Presidency Board, thanked the Kubota Corporation for its contribution and emphasized the growth in enrolment of students annually from 8,000 to 10,000 students at VNUA, including over 1,000 students in the Faculty of Engineering. Most students after graduation work in production or directing departments in localities across the country. Therefore, they will be pioneers for technology transfer and will be able to use Kubota machines in agricultural production efficiently if they practice and are trained on Kubota Agricultural machinery.

At the ceremony, both sides also discussed the training of agricultural engineers, and technicians; technology transfer for operating, repairing, maintaining and using agricultural machines for technicians and farmers; and sending students or interns to agencies or factories to gain practical experience.
