Missions

·    Collecting, preserving, evaluating and developing genetic resources of domestic and foreign plants

·    Constructing and developing topics, scientific research projects and biotechnology application

·    Organizing the transfer of business of seeds and agricultural biological products

·    Organize training, training, consultancy, cooperation with the ministries, branches, localities, domestic and international socio-economic organizations on scientific and technological research and transfer

·    Managing human resources, facilities, funding and funding sources ... according to the current regulations of the State and the University.
