On April 21, 2019, Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA) organized the cooperation signing ceremony with nearly 50 enterprises in the fields of agriculture, forestry and aquaculture, economics, accounting, information technology, food technology, and environment, etc. under the witness of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Minister of Education and Training.
This cooperation aimed to develop training programs that are close to the needs of the society, providing students with the opportunities to practice skills to meet the needs of the enterprises when they graduate from the university.
Participating in the cooperation signing ceremony were representatives from enterprises, such as Mavin Group Joint Stock Company, NUTRICARE Nutrition Joint Stock Company, C.P. Vietnam Livestock Corporation, N Joint Stock Company – Nagasaki, Japan, Que Lam Group Joint Stock Company, Dabaco Group Joint Stock Company, Dat Viet Group Joint Stock Company, An Thy Environmental Technology Co., Ltd, and Rebio Biotechnology Development Company, etc. These are the prestigious enterprises in fields of farming, animal production, veterinary medicine, aquaculture, real estate, economics, information technology, biotechnology, food technology, and environment, etc. From VNUA, there were Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Lan, VNUA’s President, Prof. Dr. Pham Van Cuong, VNUA’s Vice President together with representatives of faculties and centers, university lecturers, staff and students.
VNUA signs a cooperation agreement with N Joint Stock Company, Nagasaki, Japan
The contents of the Memorandums of Cooperation focus on the collaboration in developing professional-oriented training programs, providing scholarships for students, supporting internship students and recruiting them. The Memorandums of Cooperation will contribute to ensuring training quality, improving knowledge and skills for students via the implementation of internship programs, skills training courses and recruitment at the companies.

Accordingly, enterprises will offer VNUA’s students with opportunities to visit their facilities, participate in career orientation events, and do internships at different positions as well as priorities in their annual recruitment. These are good chances for students to try, experience and familiarize with the active and creative working environments at the companies from the beginning of undergraduate program. Furthermore, the cooperation also means opportunities for VNUA’s lecturers and researchers to collaborate with technicians and leaders of the enterprises so as to enhance labor quality and product quality, meeting the requirements of the market place. Through the cooperation, VNUA and enterprises will develop high-quality training programs and carry out research to solve practical issues in the business and production of the enterprises.
