On the afternoon of 17th May, 2016, a delegation from Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA) paid a visit to the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam in order pledge support for relief efforts over losses caused by the consecutive earthquake occurred on 14th and 16th April in Kumamoto province, Japan.Leading the delegation was Assoc. To celebrate the 3rd anniversary of Vietnam Science and Technology Day, under the approval of the Party Committee and the Presidency Board, on 18th May, 2016, the Science and Technology Office held a solemn celebration for the 2016 Vietnam Science and Technology Day. This is an annual event to look back on the science and technology developments achieved by VNUA, while upholding the spirit and responsibilities of officials for the development of science and technology, in general, and of VNUA, in particular. It was also an occasion to honor units and individuals who made outstanding achievements in the fields of science and technology in 2015 and for the period of 2011-2015.Attending the ceremony were Assoc.
