Mr. Hiroyuki Watanabe, Chairman of the AEON 1% Club Foundation, shares his thoughts
The "AEON Scholarship" is within the framework of a program aiming to enhance friendly relations and goodwill among Asian countries by awarding scholarships to university students. By the end of 2024, the program had awarded scholarships to students from 7 countries: Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, China, and Japan. As of 2026, a total of 104 outstanding VNUA students have received scholarships from the AEON 1% Club Foundation. This scholarship is granted to third- and fourth-year students with excellent academic achievements.

Student Vu Thi Huyen Dieu from class K69QLTNMTA, Faculty of Natural Resources and Environment, representing the scholarship recipients, shared her thoughts on the topic "My dream".
The "AEON Scholarship" is sponsored by one of over 200 organizations, units, and enterprises cooperating with VNUA. This is not only a practical source of financial support but also a tremendous motivation, helping students study with peace of mind, proactively engage in scientific research, and promote their capacities in social activities, thereby creating a solid foundation for their comprehensive development.
