At the meeting, Dr. Watanabe informed that UT would send 2 students and propose to receive 2 HUA students for the first year of bilateral AIMS implementation. The student exchange could start as soon as students register their preferred subjects and might last for one semester. With a high desire to receive and strongly support students from HUA and to maintain the balance in the bilateral exchange, UT commits to offer roundtrip airfares and accommodation in addition to the AIMS agreed supports in terms of tuition and enrolment fees. Insurance and visa expenses would be further taken into consideration aligned with the Japanese government as well as UT budgets proposed for the AIMS program.
