Rajamangala University of Technology Isan and Hanoi University of Agriculture signed MOU

On 26 May, 2014, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Trach, Vice Rector, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy, Head of International Cooperation Office, Hanoi University of Agriculture (HUA) warmly received a delegation from Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Thailand (RMUTI) led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Surasak Ratree, Vice President for Strategic Planning and International Affairs.During the meeting, the leaders shared and discussed information about human resources, student enrolment, training programs, and development strategies of the universities. Then a MOU was signed to formally establish bilateral cooperation between the two universities.

Rajamangala University of Technology Isan established in 19 January 2005 consists of 5 following campuses: Isan, Surin, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, and Sakon Nakhon. During nearly one decade of development, RMUTI has been providing higher education programs and vocational trainings to a number of students nationwide. It has been well known for their trainings in Business Administration, Engineering, Agriculture, Resources, and Technology.

Sharing similar training programs and disciplines, the two universities are committed to develop tight cooperation in training, student and staff exchanges, and research and technological transfer, which are fully indicated in the signed MOU.
