At the seminar, Dr. Tran Duc Quynh, Dean of the information technology faculty, presented briefly about his faculty, and Dr. Pham Quang Dung, vice dean, presented information about the career-oriented training programs. Also, all participants heard presentations in the field of the information technology from Mr. Nguyen Minh Tien, director of the Campus Link FPT software in northern Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Vu Hung, chief representative of the Phalanx Company in Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoang, general director of MISA JSC, Mr. Dinh Ngoc Thi, project manager of Vietnam DTS Software Co., Ltd, Mr. Ngo Long, general director of Vietnam-Japan Company (Javico), JTEC, and Mr. Nguyen Hoai Duy, director of Bachkhoa-Aptech international IT education system.

The presenters highly valued the career-oriented training programs for the information technology sector at VNUA while sharing career-related information to all students from the information technology faculty and answering questions about what enterprises require from graduating students. These sharing and discussion sessions provided practical knowledge for students to help them make a real prospect of their careers, thereby helping them orient and equip themselves with the necessary knowledge and skills in order to serve their jobs in the future.

Apart from the presentations and leaving a great impression at the seminar, two students namely Vu Thi Thu, K58CNTTA and Pham Hong Nhung, K59THB, were awarded scholarships from 2 sponsors who were former students of the 43rd class at VNUA, Do Minh Hieu and Le Thanh Nghi. Both students came from poor families but put forth much effort in their learning.

At the end of the seminar, a ceremony to sign a MoU among the information technology faculty, VNUA, and the Bachkhoa-Aptech international IT education system was carried out and witnessed by all of the participants. At the same time, attendees discussed a range of problems related to recruiting students for companies. Thanks to these discussions, students from the information technology faculty gained specialized knowledge and necessary skills that will be needed after graduating from the University.
