Six more lecturers of Vietnam National University of Agriculture have been granted the Title of Meritorious Teacher and People’s Teacher in 2017

On November 18, 2017, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam signed the Decision No. 2380/QD-CTN and the Decision No. 2381/QD-CTN to confer the title of People’s Teacher o¬n 64 teachers and the title of Meritorious Teacher on 748 teachers.

Vietnam National University of Agriculture has the honor of having two lecturers awarded with the title of People’s Teacher and four lecturers awarded with the title of Meritorious Teacher as follows:

Over 61 years of development, Vietnam National University of Agriculture has had a total of 105 lecturers granted the title of People’s Teacher and Meritorious Teacher. They are the leaders in renovating educational management and are the ones who have the effective and high-quality teaching methods; and have been awarded the title of “Excellent staff of the year” many times.
The title of “People’s Teacher” and the title of “Meritorious Teacher” which are approved every three years and announced on Vietnam Teacher’s Day on November 20 are the honorary titles for the teachers and managerial staff who possess good ethics, devote to teaching profession, and are outstanding teachers that have a wide influence on their professional field and the society.
