With the aim of expanding its international partnership network, promoting academic exchange, and fostering the development of high-quality human resources, Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA) held a working meeting and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with China Education Enterprise Co., Ltd. on the afternoon of June 24, 2026, in the Giang Huong Meeting Room. The event was conducted in a combined format, with participants attending both in person at VNUA and online via Zoom Meetings.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Chen Jianguo, Chief Executive Officer of China Education Enterprise Co., Ltd.; Mr. Ju Yuanshuo, Director of the International Education Division; Mr. Li Jinguang, Chief Executive Officer of Dat My Co., Ltd.; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Ngoc Huyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA); together with leaders and representatives of VNUA, China Education Enterprise Co., Ltd., and Dat My Co., Ltd.

In his remarks at the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Ngoc Huyen provided an overview of the development VNUA, highlighting its outstanding achievements in education, scientific research, and international cooperation. He emphasized that international collaboration was one of VNUA's strategic priorities for enhancing the quality of education, promoting academic exchange, and creating more opportunities for students to gain international learning experiences and practical exposure. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Ngoc Huyen also expressed VNUA's aspiration to strengthen cooperation with China Education Enterprise Co., Ltd. through the development of joint academic programs, student and faculty exchange initiatives, collaborative research projects, knowledge transfer, and innovation activities.

Speaking via Zoom, Mr. Chen Jianguo, Chief Executive Officer of China Education Enterprise Co., Ltd., highly appreciated the reputation, educational quality, and development orientation of VNUA. He expressed his desire to establish a long-term and sustainable partnership between the two institutions by building on their respective strengths.
As part of the program, VNUA and China Education Enterprise Co., Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The agreement provided an important foundation for strengthening collaboration in education, scientific research, human resource development, and the implementation of international cooperation programs. It was expected to enhance the quality of education while better preparing graduates to meet the evolving demands of the labor market in an increasingly integrated global environment.

During the meeting, the two parties discussed the roadmap for implementing the cooperation activities outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding. They agreed to strengthen collaboration in developing academic programs aligned with practical workforce needs, promoting academic exchanges, enhancing university–industry partnerships, and expanding opportunities for students to study and undertake internships in China.
