Over the past 10 years, VNUA has carried out more than 900 research projects and published nearly 7,000 scientific papers, including around 2,500 international publications of which over 75% appeared  in WoS/Scopus-indexed journals.

In particular, VNUA has registered intellectual property rights and obtained circulation approval for 105 science and technology products. According to Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Lan, VNUA president, many of these products have been widely applied, contributing to higher productivity and quality of agricultural products, ensuring food safety, and enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnam’s agriculture.

In addition, VNUA has integrated virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies into teaching, modernized its training programs, and developed a technology exchange platform to swiftly transfer research results to enterprises, cooperatives, and producers.

These achievements not only affirm the university’s leading role in agricultural research but also contribute to realizing the spirit of the Politburo’s Resolutions, fostering innovation, and improving the quality of human resources and national competitiveness.
