Visit by HE. Mohammad Shahab Ullah, Bangladesh’s Ambassador to Vietnam

On 14 Jan 2015, Vice President of Vietnam National University of Agriculture, Nguyen Tat Canh warmly received HE. Mohammad Shahab Ullah, Bangladesh’s new appointed Ambassador to Vietnam.

At the meeting, the two sides openly discussed potential academic as well as research cooperation and agreed on quickly promoting cooperation in areas that are strengths of VNUA including agronomy, animal science, aquaculture, and biotechnology. VNUA expressed its willing to organize short-term training courses on agriculture for participants from Bangladesh at VNUA and also short-term student exchanges between VNUA and Bangladesh’s Universities.

HE. Mohammad Shahab Ullah highly appreciated striking achievements that VNUA has achieved during its nearly 60 year development. He strongly expected that in the coming period new varieties, techniques, and advanced technologies will be exchanged between VNUA and other partners in Bangladesh.
