Dr. Ta Thu Hien, the Deputy Director of Center for Education Accreditation - Hanoi National University (VNU) emphasized: “With more than 300 pages of report, 1000 volunteers participated in the investigation of the output quality of students, VNUA is certificated quality with 54/61 qualified criteria, accounting for 88.5%. This is the outstanding strengths about developing strategic. This result is also extremely important for VNUA to maintain the prestige and enhance the higher quality assurance. However, VNUA should act promptly to solve some weaknesses such as paying more attention to recruitment of high qualified staff, strengthening international publications to improve brand identity index, balancing the resources of investment in construction and development of some research groups to make deep transitions for advanced studies in agriculture, balancing basic research oriented and applied research, strengthening and encouraging officials, lecturers and students to proactively involve in research and train following international standards “.
