Ms. Penny Skilnik expressed her strong desire that there would be more lecturers and researchers from VNUA to pursue their post graduate studies at her university. She happily informed that the CGSR shall provide additional financial support for scholars funded by the project 911, a scholarship for future postgraduate Vietnamese students studying in all research areas, so that those students will deserve the same grant as other students who got full scholarship from Canadian Government. The CGRS will further provide list of professors at the U of S and their professional background and interests to VNUA so that potential applicants can refer and select their most suitable advisors. Moreover, the CGRS will offer fee for language courses at the U of S for those students whose English or French proficiency hasn’t been qualified enough as required by the U of S.
