On April 22, 2025, the Faculty of Tourism and Foreign Languages, Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA) warmly welcomed delegates from the Moscow State University of Culture and the Kuzbass Institute for the Development of Education (Russian Federation) for an official working visit at VNUA.

This visit was a meaningful activity in align with the Faculty's strategy to expand international cooperation, and to enhance the quality of training and scientific research in the context of global integration. It opened up potential collaboration in training, and the publication of scientific research between two sides.

From Moscow State University of Culture, attending the meeting were Mr. Vasilii Burdonskii - Vice Rector, and Ms. Kristina Mikhailichenko - Head of the International Cooperation Office. Representing the Kuzbass Institute for the Development of Education was Ms. Zabeva Elvira Ivanovna – Director. From the Institute of Economics and Culture, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Hung was also present.

From the Faculty of Tourism and Foreign Languages, there were Dr. Nguyen Tat Thang – Dean of the Faculty, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Ngoc Ninh – Vice Dean, Dr. Nguyen Thi Trang Nhung – Head of the Department of Tourism and Travel Management, and MSc. Dang Xuan Phi – Lecturer at the Department of Hotel and Restaurant Management.

During the meeting, the two parties engaged in open and constructive discussions regarding potential directions for future collaboration, such as student and faculty exchange programs, the organization of intensive short-term training courses in education, and the joint publication of scientific research in prestigious international journals in Russia.

These cooperation initiatives are expected to not only enhance the quality of teaching and broaden international learning opportunities for faculty and students, but also promote cultural exchange and academic collaboration between Vietnam and the Russian Federation. Establishing and developing partnerships with high ranking international institutions continues to affirm the Faculty of Tourism and Foreign Languages’ commitment to building an open, dynamic, and globally integrated educational environment.
