On 13 April 2021, Vice President of VNUA, Prof. Dr. Pham Van Cuong chaired a meeting to welcome the second Secretary in charge of education of the Embassy of India in Vietnam - Mr. Sujit Biswas. This is the first visit of the representative of Indian diplomatic agency to VNUA.
