On the 25th and 26th of August, 2016, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA), organized an international seminar entitled "Solutions to Emerging and Zoonotic Diseases". The seminar aimed to exchange and share experiences and research outputs towards building research collaborations in the field of controlling dangerous infectious diseases.Vietnam National University of Agriculture is ranked 4th in the top 10 universities in Vietnam and 69th in the top 100 universities in Southeast Asia

To celebrate the 3rd anniversary of Vietnam Science and Technology Day, under the approval of the Party Committee and the Presidency Board, on 18th May, 2016, the Science and Technology Office held a solemn celebration for the 2016 Vietnam Science and Technology Day. This is an annual event to look back on the science and technology developments achieved by VNUA, while upholding the spirit and responsibilities of officials for the development of science and technology, in general, and of VNUA, in particular. It was also an occasion to honor units and individuals who made outstanding achievements in the fields of science and technology in 2015 and for the period of 2011-2015.Attending the ceremony were Assoc.
