On November 15, 2018, the President of Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA), Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Lan, warmly welcomed the Ambassador of Argentine Republic to Vietnam, Mr. Juan Carlos Valle Raleigh.
